Rev. Silvia Carrizo
Rev. Silvia Carrizo serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the Southern Pacific District of the Assemblies of God and has dedicated her life to serving the Church, strengthening ministers, and championing the next generation of Christian leaders.
Born in Argentina, Rev. Carrizo answered God’s call to ministry and pursued biblical and ministerial preparation both in Argentina and the United States. After coming to California, she continued her studies at Latin American Bible Institute (LABI College) and later furthered her education at Vanguard University.
In 2006, Rev. Carrizo was ordained with the Assemblies of God and elected to serve as Women’s Ministries Director for the Southern Pacific District. In 2012, she made history when she was elected Secretary-Treasurer, becoming the first woman to hold this executive position in the history of the Southern Pacific District.
Throughout her years of leadership, Rev. Carrizo has developed a deep passion for encouraging ministers, empowering women in ministry, and investing in emerging generations of Spirit-empowered leaders. Her ministry has extended beyond the District through national and international speaking, mentorship, and leadership development.
Rev. Carrizo also serves as a member of the LABI College Board of Trustees and continues to champion Christian higher education and the preparation of future ministry leaders.
As Secretary-Treasurer and a member of the District’s executive leadership, Rev. Carrizo faithfully serves our ministers and churches with integrity, wisdom, and a heart for God’s Kingdom.
Her life and leadership reflect a simple but powerful conviction: faithfully serve where God has called you and help prepare the next generation to carry the Gospel forward.

It is a joy and privilege to welcome you to the Southern Pacific District of the Assemblies of God.
Throughout the years, I have had the honor of witnessing God’s faithfulness across our District through the lives of pastors, ministers, churches, and families who have faithfully answered His call. It is a blessing to serve alongside each of you as together we advance the mission God has entrusted to us.
My heart is to see our ministers strengthened, our churches flourishing, women and emerging leaders empowered, and the next generation prepared to carry the Gospel forward with courage, integrity, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit.
Whatever season of ministry you may find yourself in today, I want you to know that you are a valued part of this District family. We are here to serve, encourage, and walk alongside one another as we fulfill the Great Commission.
May we continue to serve faithfully, lead with integrity, and prepare the way for those God is raising up after us.
